Baldini Studio began its activity in July 1976 and Sergio Baldini is its forerunner. In 2001 Baldini Studio, because of the requirements that came out from the Merloni Law, changed from a one- man company into a limited partnership society. From the beginning, Baldini Studio worked in the planning field, developing several projects and direction works, mainly in the residential field, towards private persons and companies who appreciated its professional skills to solve any kind of problem. During that time Baldini Studio had a structural evolution and a widened staff so that currently it has got the support of twenty collaborators working in the registred offices of Florence and Pisa. The Merloni Law was issued in 2004 and since then Baldini Studio immediately realised which way professions were heading, and, because of that, it considered working in the engineering field and, above all, in the integrated planning, in order that planning and architecture could be connected together. Baldini Studio always preferred working in some fields such as the environmental engineering, the hydraulic system, the urban road condition, the building yard installation and structural works, taking part to some very important projects given by significant commissions and general contractors. Since 2004 Baldini Studio is associated to Oice while since 2005 it is associated to Confindustria, which is a certificated system of quality UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2000. Baldini Studio because of its extensive knowledge during its activity in the building field, lately had joined a long experience to real estate solutions, so that he opened a window using a very modernizing thinking about the real estate market. In this specific sector, Baldini Studio makes its design featured by original masterplans, created by the support of some architects who work in the studio so that building structures are produced in such a way that they seem to be not invasive with the surrounding environment.
